• Address proof (Utility bill, Rental agreement, or Bank statement)
• Recent photograph
• Bank account details for security deposit refund

We recommend completing the KYC process immediately after placing your order to avoid any delays in delivery. The delivery date selection will only be available once your KYC is verified.

You can select your preferred delivery date once your KYC verification is complete. After verification, you'll receive a notification to choose a convenient delivery slot from available dates in your area.

We offer two delivery slots:

• Morning: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Delivery can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance. The earliest available date is typically 2 business days after KYC approval, allowing us to prepare your order for dispatch.

Yes, you can reschedule your delivery date up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot at no extra charge. Contact our support team or use the "Manage Order" section in your account to reschedule.

If you are unavailable, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. If our delivery team arrives and no one is present, a re-delivery fee may apply. Ensure someone is available to receive and verify the item during delivery.

Delivery is free within our standard service areas. For locations outside standard zones, a nominal delivery charge may apply which will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
